The card will automatically go on top of his deck, where he will draw it on his next turn. Simply put, the Examiner will lock into an infinite loop, and as long as he does not get the opportunity to play a card, will keep discarding and drawing the "Sword of Deep-Seated" until he loses or your deck is emptied.
